4 stars because of how responsive the seller was. It comes in two boxes and I didn't receive the second box. The seller was incredibly responsive in trying to solve it and, while the second box never made it, they refunded me in full for what happened. I really appreciate that.As for the couch itself, although I never got to experience more than half of the parts, I will say that the back cushions are nice while the seat part isn't very comfortable. My butt always hurts after I sit on it, so I can't imagine sleeping on it would go well... The form factor and look are cool though.I love the aesthetic of the fact that it’s air leather I would just save your money. Only reason I got this is because it met all of my criteria which is budget material storage, reversible, L shape and sleep or if you don’t have to have all of those configurations just get something else I really like the idea, but at least put some padding and I had to buy padding and add it myself on top under a cover just to be able to sit on it for more than 20 minutes it actually hurts physically you’d be better off sitting on the floor. If you were to settle down on this couch to watch the latest House of the Dragon, before the episode was over, you would truly know what it's like to sit upon the Iron Throne. Do not waste your money, or the 4 lower vertebrae that will likely fuse together after spending even the briefest amount of time on this cloth covered granite obelisk.Don't spend your money on this, No cushion at all. Hard as a rock. the most uncomfortable thing I have ever sat onFits in small, fairly easy to assemble but seat area needs more padding.Smaller than expected, especially seat depth. (Dimensions we're not in description at purchase.)Fabric color, texture and quality seem good.Durability, etc. TBD as we just received yesterday.
